Cyber Defense HQ

Cyber crime is on the rise with children as prime targets for predators on the prowl. 2022 alone saw over 7 million cyber attacks on kids in popular gaming worlds. As attacks get more and more sophisticated every day, parents are left just as vulnerable. How can we beat these predators at their own game?

The world's first-ever Cyber Defense HQ in the gaming world. KPMG partnered with the UAE Cyber Security Council to rally the largest cyber defense training camp in a popular gaming world, inviting schools nationwide to train students against online crime right where they're targetted the most. Using over 690 million blocks in Minecraft Education, we digitally reconstructed the UAE with all its iconic landmarks, making the familiar threat feel even more imminent in their own backyard. The initiative garnered support from over 5 national organisations. Over 120,000 students took part, with over 3.6 million minutes of gameplay breaking two Guinness World Records. Thanks to Cyber Defense HQ, an entire generation levelled up their cyber defenses.
